Candidates are required to hold either a diploma in computer science or computer applications, or a graduation degree from an institution recognized by the state government, central government, state council, or the All India Council of Technical Education.
Although not required, possessing expertise in rural development or social work, or holding a postgraduate degree or diploma in these fields from a recognized institution, can strengthen a candidate’s profile.
