About recruitment:

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) will conduct the Preliminary Written Main Examination for recruitment in the 44 Assistant Attorney Positions. Many interested candidates filled out the online application form for these positions. The Electronic Application Submission Procedure starts from 21.04.2022 and is carried out until 21.05.2022. About the exams:

All eligible candidates will take the Written Exam. A preliminary written examination will soon take place followed by the main examination and the date of the written examination will soon be posted on the UPPSC Official Website. More details about the Exam areas are provided below.

Thus, here we present the latest Pre & Mains Exam Assistant Prosecutor’s Study & Examination Program conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC).

Selection process:

There will be two stages of Competitive Examination, that is. (1) Preliminary Examination (Objective and Multiple Choice Type) (2) Main Examination (Written Press) and Interview (Personality Test).

Preliminary examination

Examination pattern :

The examination pattern for the APO pre-written examination is as follows:

. The preliminary written test will be a multiple choice objective type.
► There will be a composite paper with 150 marks.
► The duration of the written examination will be 02:00 hours (120 minutes).

Main Examination

Examination pattern: – Assistant Prosecutor’s examination pattern The main examination is given below:

Κύ The main written examination will be subjective.
► There will be 4 cards.
► Each Question Paper will be 100 points.
► The time of all the questionnaires will be 03:00 (180 minutes).

Personality test-

  1. There will be an interview of 50 points
  2. The suitability of the candidates will be evaluated based on their ability, character, personality and physical condition.
  3. The points obtained in the written test will be added to the points obtained in the Personality Test to take into account the position of the candidate.
